- Financial institutions and related firms regulated by MAS
- Singaporeans and PRs sponsored by their company
Subsidy Amount:
- Up to 70–90% of course fees
- Funding capped at $3,000 per participant per course

Who is eligible:
- Companies that have contributed at least $750 in Skills Development Levy (SDL)
Employed at least 3 Singapore Citizens or PRs in the past 12 months
Benefit: Additional $10,000 credit (up to 90% support on out-of-pocket costs after other grants are applied)
