Anthony Wong Teck Boon is a seasoned clinical supervisor and counsellor with over 15,000 hours of counselling and supervisory experience. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling and Guidance and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision. Anthony is a Master Clinical Member and Registered Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), where he serves as the Assistant Honorary Treasurer on the Executive Committee.

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a trained mental health professional. It involves structured conversations designed to help people identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to improve mental health, well-being, and coping skills.
This course has been accredited as a WSQ course and is eligible for funding under the SkillsFuture funding, subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Participants are advised to assess the suitability of the course and its relevance to his/her business activities or job roles. The SkillsFuture Funding provides 50% - 70% course fee subsidy support for direct training costs subject to all eligibility criteria being met.

SMEs that meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

SME-sponsored Trainees:

- Courses have to be fully paid for by the employer.

Absentee Payroll (AP) funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when you send your employees for training courses funded by SSG. For training outside working hours, AP funding is given to you to defray the overtime pay that was paid to your employees.
With effect from 1 Jan 2022, SSG will introduce a fixed Absentee Payroll (AP) rate at $4.50 per hour. There will also be a $100,000 cap on the maximum AP funding each organization can claim each calendar year to ensure that the benefits are more evenly distributed across companies.
