At Aventis, we work closely with NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) to bring you access to employment opportunities and career resources.

e2i is the network empowering both workers and employers, linking them through employment and employability solutions. Connecting with workers, e2i leads them toward job security through job-matching, career guidance and recommend upskilling courses. Partnering with employers, manpower needs are better addressed through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
