TERMS & CONDITIONS
This is an 8-week intensive, non-refundable course delivered fully online.
Learners are expected to complete all modules and participate actively in live sessions and assignments.
Refund & Withdrawal
No refunds will be provided once course access has been granted.
If Aventis cancels or fails to deliver the course, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Withdrawal requests made *before* course commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
Attendance & Participation
Active participation in Zoom sessions and timely completion of assignments is expected.
Learners absent from more than 25% of the course may be deemed as having failed to complete the program.
No make-up sessions will be provided unless determined necessary by Aventis.
Assessment & Certification
Learners must complete all course components to be eligible for certification.
Missed assessments due to valid reasons (e.g. medical) must be supported with documents and submitted within 3 working days.
Aventis reserves the right to disqualify learners found cheating or plagiarizing.
Course Access & Materials
Course materials are provided solely for enrolled learners and may not be shared or distributed.
Aventis reserves the right to revoke access for any breach of conduct, including unauthorized use or sharing of course content.
Transfers & Deferrals
Transfers or deferrals are not allowed once the course has started.
Requests before the course start date will be considered at Aventis’s sole discretion, subject to an administrative fee.
Dispute Resolution
Note: By enrolling in this course, learners acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above. Aventis reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
